This restaurant really needs to improve its service! The staff was not welcoming at all. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing; the meat was dry, and my loaded potato was quite unappetizing in appearance. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

The BBQ sauce was enjoyable, but the staff seemed unhappy, displaying no smiles at all. The ribs were decent with the sauce, but had a strange taste without it. The brisket was so smoky that I had to cover it in onions and BBQ sauce to make it palatable. The potato salad was acceptable, but it also improved with BBQ sauce. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat the coleslaw. The most significant issue was the staff's attitude. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. We ended up having to eat in our truck because a loud group was smoking near the restroom area.

The food is reasonably good for the price. I dined in for lunch, and the cost per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food and service at a 3, while the atmosphere was a bit lacking at a 2.
