Saketome - Flathead County

Great martini, artistic sushi. Trophic cascade roll was awesome. Urban vibe in Bigfork. Reservations needed. Been going back for years. Noise level may make it difficult to talk at certain tables.

Saketome was delicious! Their menu items all looked interesting and had a good variety. I liked how unique the names and some of the ingredients were. My only hang-up was our service. Our table of three waited for about half an hour and during that time, a table next to ours finished their meal and left. The table was cleared, and then seated a new party, and then got that party of 2 their sushi before we did, and we had to ask the waiter when our food was coming. We don't know whether things just got super busy or what, but it was weird to watch a party that came 15 minutes after we'd ordered get their food before we did. The flavors and the meal itself were great and we would go back.

The food and service were amazing! The only complaint i have... We had to move tables because of the breeze that comes through the front door and out the back. With a jacket and pants on it was still very cold. And maybe other guest were feeling the same? The tables next to us were buttoned up and looking chillly.

For the price, it was not worth edamame. Nice waitress, good view. The fish was edible .

Wonder staff. Amazing food as always.It’s really the people that make the business. Without those wonderful hardworking employees I just can’t see myself having such a great experience every single time.
