Starbucks - Flagstaff

This is the Starbucks inside Safeway. They always do a great job and the employees are really nice. Never had an issue here. They always get the drinks right and are really cool about customizing them when we ask. Definitely recommend.

Amazing amazing amazing employees!!! So kind and knowledgeable. Definitely go above and beyond! The only reason I gave them four stars was because if you catch the high school crowd or the hospital crowd you're going to be there for a while! Otherwise they are amazing they always say good morning and they always call me by my name:

Important to note, this Starbucks is inside the grocery store. There is no drive through and no inside dining. However, there are a few cafe tables outside. There was no line at the time. They have social distancing floor stickers and plexiglass at the register. They DO accept starbucks cards. They have a wonderful assortment of reusable cups for both cold brew and hot and they have plenty of Starbucks gear.

I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, and I’m consistently impressed by the outstanding service I receive every time. Today, I ordered a caramel macchiato from Brooklyne, and I can confidently say it’s the best drink I've ever had at a Starbucks! I’m so impressed that I’m reaching out to corporate to ensure this store gets the recognition it deserves for their exceptional service. Please continue the fantastic work; it's rare to find establishments that maintain such high standards of quality and customer care these days! Thank you! Oh, and I wanted to snap a photo of my delicious drink, but it was so good that I finished it in just two minutes!

Someone needs to help Kate! She's the only one working, and she's doing an amazing job—our drinks came out quickly and tasted great, and everything was just right. I really felt for her! If anyone is reading this, she definitely deserves a raise. I usually don't visit Starbucks inside Safeway, but I would make a special trip just to support her.
