SoSoBa: The Nonstop Noodle Shop

We ordered two of their vegan bowls (Mothra and Hostile Takeover). Unfortunately they brought the Hostile Takeover with meat so we split the Mothra bowl and they were so busy that we just finished it when the correct Hostile Takeover arrived (we took most of it home). Both tasted very good, but our table was sticky and the place is very noisy. Next time maybe we’ll get food to go.

Their vegan options are a bit bland, as the other reviewers pointed out (we sadly did not check these before going! . We had both the SUV and the green curry: both lacked sauce, some spice and, above all, some vegan logic to the cooking (especially the SUV had a lot of random ingredients that did not seem thought through, I doubt they never asked a vegan for opinions on their food . Also adding a few pieces of tofu costs a whopping 5 dollar extra, what?! I would not go here again unless all other places are, for some catastrophic reason, closed. Plenty of better vegan options in Flagstaff, enjoy those!

Food is delicious with lots of vegan options that revolve with seasonal veggies. Great happy hour specials as well! Get the SUV (So, You’re Vegan) with the Udon Noodles. Enjoy!

Got the SUV (so you're vegan) only vegan noodle bowl and it was salty and not flavorful. $15 for the bowl and $5 extra if you want to add tofu.

Cute place but I only eat here if it’s late after going out because this and Mama’s are the only places that are open downtown. The “SUV” noodle bowl is super bland and I’ve tried it several times. My non vegan friends have said their food was underwhelming as well.
