Mcdonald's - Flagstaff

Black coffee. at the payment window I asked if I had coffee 6 creams 6 sugar. no black. When the coffee picked up, he asked if it was black... yes it is. I came home with the woman. this is a retreat to the mcdonald 's and my time and the gas. it would be cool, but I asked. worth a bit more than sorry. food: 4/5

I visited this restaurant this evening. I ordered a 6 piece nugget and 1 chocolate chip cookie. The girl tried to charge me for a 10 piece and then told me cookies were sold in 3s when there was only 1 in the bag. If they are sold in 3s they should be packaged that way. I just think they were trying to get more money out of me. I pretty much always get 6 nuggets and 1 cookie so I was not happy. Someone didn't know what they were doing.

Went to the drive thru around 10:40 sat behind multiple vehicles that each took 10+ minutes at the pick up window. When I got the the pick up window I was told the made a mistake and gave my order away and to wait in the additional pick up parking spaces. I asked why I’m being told to wait when all of the vehicles in front of me got to wait at the pick up window? Why was everyone else allowed to hold up the drive thru line but I’m not? Never going to this McDonalds again!

They are good at getting your food fast in the drive thru. Never an issue. Food is always hot and good.

The food came well, but the staff seemed to do a lot to help at the theke. food: 5/5
