Charly's Pub Grill - Flagstaff

Our server Hallie did an excellent job taking care of us, even though she had to manage eight tables on her own. She truly deserves a raise—thank you, Hallie!

The atmosphere was great, but the service was incredibly slow—almost to an unacceptable level. The tables were never cleared, and our requests for water went ignored. Overall, it took us three hours to finish our meal, which was frustrating.

The staff at the restaurant were excellent, and Patrick was particularly welcoming. The pub had a friendly atmosphere. I ordered the Hazelnut Cafe, which featured black coffee and Frangelico Hazelnut.
