True display of professionalism and teamwork from the moment we walked in. We were politely greeted and informed of a wait due to one server on the floor. Nonetheless, we were sat before the wait time given.Our food came out in a fair time, large portion, and very satisfying. The omelette was huge and tasty! ?The atmosphere the entire staff to include the cooks created despite their circumstances with a peak capacity and one server was nothing short of cohesive, calm, and very friendly. It was all hands on deck but they moved like a well oiled machine. ????

I'll start off with this: the entire staff who worked the morning of 28 Mar 2024 should be considered for a raise.Service:My morning started off a bit chaotic, but that settled once I got seated in this place. Seemingly understaffed when we first showed up, they offered to text us when ready. Once inside, the cohesion displayed to get everyone seated and tended to was a testament to their professionalism and courtesy.Food:Little wait time on the food and portion sizes for the price leave nothing to complain about. Classic pancakes and tasty options otherwise.Would easily recommend.

Best Breakfast in West Coast! Waiters are so kindly and the creamy hollandais sauce it is an spectacle in your tongue!!
