Scotland Yard Pub Di Oliverio Giovanni

We visited this pub for a quick pint before our flight the following day but we ended up staying for hours! The venue has recently changed ownership and undergone a refurb; the result is a quirky pub with a wonderful atmosphere. Clara and her cousin were kind and attentive, forgave our lack of Italian language, and are quite simply beautiful people. There was a great selection of beers on tap, and even greater bottled selection.

Eat here! The owner was very helpful and attentive. The waitress spoke great English, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We had the cheeseburgers and they were great! Very good atmosphere and a great option for those staying close to Fiumicino airport! You'll be very pleased!

We were staying in the area for a city break having had a lovely meal in Rome mid afternoon we decided we could do with something lighter hence our visit to this pub/eatery. Well the owner was absolutely brilliant he had just taken over as owner 20 days before and was more than eager to make our visit great, the men ordered hot dog and an escalope us women were too full. The owner gave us a complimentary dish of toasted bread and parma ham it was great then after the men had eaten he gave us a plate of pasta which the staff and locals had sat down to eat we were made to feel very welcome crisps and nibbles on the bar and brought to our table all in all excellent evening the pub opens at 8pm and closes early hours of the morning loved it.
