Dunkin' - Fitchburg

I waited for 20 minutes while the staff attended to about eight other customers in that time. It seemed like the three employees would take one order at a time and wouldn’t move on to the next until the first customer’s order was fully processed. I realized I would be waiting another 20 minutes just for donuts and coffee, so I decided to leave. I noticed five or six other customers did the same. This experience was quite similar to what we encountered during our visit last year.

Complete disappointment. The restaurant is perpetually understaffed and the staff seems incapable of handling more than one order at a time. It's undeniably the worst aspect of Great Wolf. Their service has deterred me from spending any money on food there. If I have to leave to grab a coffee, I might as well find some reasonably priced food elsewhere. Great Wolf should be embarrassed; this reflects poor management and lost revenue.

The staff were quite rude, and they also stop serving warm sandwiches after 12 PM.

It's 7:30pm and there's nothing to eat! The women at the front with horrible attitude,

No food no frozen drinks 750pm when it says they close at 10pm
