Dunkin' - Fitchburg

This restaurant only offers drive-thru service or ordering through the app, which can be quite inconvenient for those without a car who might want to grab a coffee. I waited a couple of minutes before a gas station employee informed me about the drive-thru only policy. While I was fortunate to be in a vehicle, it does create challenges for others. On a positive note, the staff at both Dunkin' and the gas station were very friendly, and my caramel latte was delicious. This feedback is directed toward management since their employees are doing a great job. I’m giving it 2 stars solely because I couldn’t place an order inside, and be prepared for a long wait at the drive-thru.
