The staff was very friendly for both of us and made us feel like family. too many people are too busy, only to hurry, this man took 5 minutes from his day and made us. I wish I had his name! that was delicious as always?

Why they say they are open until 9 if they have nothing to store and clean everything around 7 o'clock to close. 2 hours before closing absolute sweat place needs new management

Boston market has always been one of my favorites almost foods. Unfortunately, the situation in fitchburg is only terrible. the chicken is usually not well cooked, it is either dry, cooked or boiled. they never seem to get it right. the sides are not bad, but they only fill them a little more than halfway away. every other place where I wanted to fill it as much as possible, and the grain is actually my favorite thing there and fitchburg always cook over it. I really hope this place will soon be better managed. vegetarian options: they have veggie pages child-friendly: not very child-friendlydietary restrictions: these do not fit to many nutritional restrictions.

Service ever! worst ordered meatloaf, from the app. paid for order. go to pick up they said they wait 45 minutes. they said they wait 45 minutes. had not to replace ahun unless we wanted to wait a while! so would be impossible from waiting,2 hours to eat!

Ordered using active menus. everything was ready when I arrived. easy to use. order and pick up. no waiting.
