An employee named Nick is very nice and helpful… he works a lot of days around 2:00 p.m. He gave us very helpful advice and really helped us in finding ways to lose weight for our friend… he needs a raise!!!!!
Opening time of 4am not true. We were here at 5am and they were closed.
Staff was so nice! And really efficient. I was there around 7am and I was not expecting them to be so friendly.
Dunkin is consistently inconsistent. Depending on time of day and the store, you get different service and products. My beef today is I ordered 2 donuts, got to the window and was told you don't have the ones I ordered 10 seconds ago at the menu. Then I'm given 2 chocolate glazed instead, upside down, with no papers in between. So all my chocolate was stuck to the bottom of the bag. Your employees are not trained consistently, you're always out of product, and 9/10 times they make the drink wrong anyway. Do companies not care about customer service anymore? Do you just expect people to continue spending their money regardless of the quality of product you offer? Companies are cutting corners to save money, and training is the number 1 spot to take a hit. Train your people. If you're going to charge $2 for a donut, it better be edible. Customers are no longer king in this country. And that's why so many companies go under.
