They refuse to give customers sauce and the managers are always rude and annoying for customers, they go to the mcdonald’s through the aim and steak and shake instead

Today we have entered the mcdonald’s and the personal here has already spoken behind our back. we continued to order and we ordered the sosse this time and they did not give it to us as part of our order. when we asked about the sauce, the short red hairy lady refused and said we shouldn't have soaked. of a company, this big, we would expect a better service from them. we are completely disgusted by the service provided and I want to know why the gm is in order with it.

Had a problem with spending $2 they get a free mccafe drink article. on the system it shows that it was not a eligible element, but on the app it is shown that it was.

I am here 4 times the advantage of the doubt and every one time when I come, I always get lazy salat on each sandwich. that is really unacceptable and ridiculous

Quick and accurate service, ordered through the mobile app to speed up the process. I like that they are not like the other 2 lane ordering drive thru that are supposed to increase speed of service allowing the handlers more time to get the orders processed which never happens. This location has shown that you can process orders with a single ordering station and still beat the wait time at other locations.
