Bubba's 33 - Fishers

Everything was cold soggy undercooked and bland. I Asked for my burgers well done it was pink and disgusting. What a waste of $63 I was offered to come back to recook or only be given a coupon for them undercooking my burgers. I will never use it because i will never eat at this place again! My seven year old didn’t know any better and ate most of his burger and if he ends up sick I will be getting a attorney!!! What a sad disgusting place and didn’t even offer my money back for the disgusting burgers they undercooked. That could possibly give my family food poisoning. *Edit* They asked me to call why no reason i called for them to tell me the same thing they told me yesterday. Stop wasting my time Keep your coupon! You can’t even give me free food to return to this place I’ll post it for someone else that may want to try this nasty place the food is in the trash where it belongs NO THANK YOU!

5 Star Review for the food which was outstanding and a Good Server in Jenna to match! We ordered a Hawaiian Pizza which was really good! The crust was crispy and the toppings of bacon, pineapple ham was good as well! It was slightly dry and could use a little pizza sauce on the side; but overall a Great Pizza! The Boneless Wings were also really good, juicy flavorful! They were slightly lacking some sauce so be sure to ask for them “wet” or ask for sauce on the side! The ranch was outstanding as well! The raspberry Chipotle sauce was awesome as well! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the cheesy tater tots were amazing as well with the Spicy Chicken sandwich not being excessively spicy but juicy! The Bacon Double Cheeseburger was really good as well! Juicy Tender! The lemonade choices were top notch and full of flavor also! All of this for $62! I would DEFINITELY GO AGAIN! Decently loud music on the inside but not too loud! They also have tvs all around to watch games or classic music videos while eating as well which was a huge plus as well!

We had a wonderful dinner here! It was yummy and we got great service. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Lots of TVs for watching sports and lots of energy, too. We enjoyed our burgers and drinks. We will definitely come back if we are in the fishers area!

Very, very busy, and short staffed. With the understanding of current staffing challenges for service businesses... we give five stars. Our server was great! He made us aware of wait times and suggestions that would expedite our meal. Love communication! The food was very good, and the experience and atmosphere were welcomed after the race. Also enjoyed the quirky and unexpected videos screened along side sports.

Unfortunately, we decided to stop on our way through. This was our 4th visit to this location. We stopped at the location north of Louisville on our way to Florida for a week because we've always had success at Bubba's, so we decided to end our vacation at the Fisher's location. I'm just going to say what is...Lexis wasn't good. She never brought us plates until we asked AFTER we ate our appetizers and had to ask. She checked on us a couple times after that and then essentially ghosted us. Thankfully, Carson wondered by and he helped us out. Lexi came by after that and asked if Carson showed us how to use the kiosk to pay. Which I thought was pretty sad since we weren't his table. She told us just swipe if paying by card otherwise if cash she would do it the old fashion way. I tried numerous times and it wouldn't take. My wife went and got Carson on her way to the restroom. Carson looked at it and said it was for a different table and retrieved the correct one. Be thankful you have Carson! Sadly, Lexis' lack of engagement overshadowed anything good in our visit.
