We came in the summer on our pandemic road trip: ice cream is the major thing to do for wandering snacks in the summer. The people were not grumpy for me, it was fine service, beautiful weather, and great ice cream with big portions for the price.

Very friendly service and very, very good ice cream. Large scoops! A+Mint Chocolate Chip A+Elephant Tracks AThe ice cream shop is across the street from the bay surrounded by boats. We actually took our ice cream to go and sat near the water. Was a good dessert after our dinner. Love the concept and the name! Will be back!

Stopped in for some ice cream one night. We got a waffle cone with strawberry cheesecake. First impression was that we didn 't feel welcomed. No nice greeting when we entered or even when we stepped up to the counter. The older lady was very grumpy and definitely fit in at Grumpy 's . The waffle cone and ice cream we got were not anything special and didn 't have much flavor. I wouldn 't recommend and will be trying one of the many other ice cream joints next time we want some ice cream.
