Extraordinary, even though toshi is always on the couch at home.

Location 0/10: the place is small, gloomy and unwelcoming. it has nothing of the sushi bar. it looks more like a hovel. Menu/bill 0/10: the prices on the menu (very poorly assorted) are high, above average although most of their sushi is with salmon, which is known to be way cheaper than tuna. they have opened a new store in the city where the prices are even higher. unjustified. service 0/10: the welcome and respect of the japanese is known to be excellent and recognized all over the world. but here you immediately notice that there is something wrong. both the owner (japanese) and the waiter (italian) are opinionated, anticipatory and make you want to leave. 0/10. i give 1 star because you can't give less. a message for the owner (quoting alessandro bourgeois:) in the culinary art you need attention, sensitivity, imagination. you model a food, smell it, savor its taste and, above all, never give up on creating it with your heart. au revoir!

I could taste toshi dishes at the central market, very good! a few dishes but of excellent quality. I can't wait to come back
