Dorsoduro 3821 - Firenze

Dorsoduro 3821 is THE ideal bar. When in Firenze, this is your local bar. You stop here when you are tired. You stop here when you need a pick me up. You stop here when you are giddy from a day of exploring a magical city. This bar wraps around you like a hug. This bar can be a lot of things. It can be raucous, it can be quiet, and It can be simply the place where you need a good cocktail at a time you need it. In a city awash in Aperol Dosoduro makes a fine cocktail with Campari or Cynar the more adult of apertivi. Bartender Falco deserves a LOT of credit here. His cocktails are fantastic, he is awesome beyond belief, and of course his drinks and food are fantastic. But he also manages to be there just exactly when you need him and absent when you don 't. This is a classic, untrainable bartender trait. All the best bartenders have this, and I don 't think there is a school for it (unless it is *very* secret). Please do talk to him, though he is engaging, intelligent and is a wonderful acquaintance to make. Like I said, this bar is like a hug. And it 's nice to get a hug.

Alexye prepared a very good aperol spritz with Cinar. A place to rest, stay relaxed and have a good Italian aperitivo. It's a stop to do in case you spend a week end in Florence

Andrea is so welcoming and an amazing bartender/cocktail artist. My wife and I spent three nights at his bar during our trip to Florence and he was an amazing host. The wine selection was great and it was a joy to watch Andrea make craft cocktails with such care. Andrea takes pride in everything he does from the cocktails to the local fair and everything in between. I recommend everyone to visit his bar and to enjoy a true Florentine experience!

The best local firenze. we have tasted the fantastic bruschette cicchetti) , the best spritz of firenze for quality and above all price, only returning to the cicchetti are all very good and abundant, you can also dine the fantastic staff, in particular, very kind as few, very helpful to the chat and very generous. very close to the center, to try absolutely.

Informal, cheap and very local welcome, perfect for spending a serene evening with good music. the local barnist with his kindness and sympathy made us have got delicious cicchetti accompanied by excellent cocktails. When I get back to firenze, I won't miss to go back to this place. Everything was excellent, like I was home.
