This is a very lovely cafe with fantastic sandwiches for breakfast. Despite all the amazing food options in Florence, we’ve found ourselves coming here two days in a row, and will probably do a third! The espresso quality is great, the service is fast, and their pastries are beautiful and tasty. The owner/staff are also very kind. Nice way to start the day in Florence!
They charged us 2 € too much because we ordered in English. I wouldn 't go there again. The answer of the owner is not correct. We ordered at the counter and picked it up at the counter and brought our dishes back to the counter after we were finished. Our Italian friends had same service and paid 2€ less for their coffees. Also, the toilets were very dirty! According to other comments here, these are reoccurring complaints.
Average overpriced Cannoli, abysmal service. Come in at 2030hrs 25/9/23 for some take-away Cannoli, the boys on duty seem completely disinterested, so ask what time they close, “nine o’clock” … We ask for some items in a cabinet, receive a legendary eye/head roll (the most dramatic I’ve ever seen) and some rude language directed at us in Italian between staff thinking we don’t understand, yes we know you inflate prices for English speakers… Rude and lazy, take some pride in your job..!
Delicious pastries, excellent products. ideal for breakfast or coffee and dessert. products are of quality, professional staff and normal prices. very good pirulini of various goi. to find fur in the egg, the seats out slightly uncomfortable. tips!
