The hostess was incredibly rude! The prices were not displayed. The facilities were dirty. Charged 45 euro for a sandwich, 2 pots of tea and 6 mini cakes. When I disputed the bill was told I was crazy and that I was charged a service fee per item for sitting down. Additionally, asked for strong tea so was charged for each tea bag 4 euro. Contacted the Administrative Police to dispute the bill. Places like this give Florence a bad name.
