Taqueria Mi Tierra - Firebaugh

We were looking for a quick place to grab some tacos without being a food cart or more formal restaurant. Had passed this place for a long while. This was perfect! Ordered 4 tacos (chicken/shredded beef/shrimp), chips/salsa. Super friendly (bilingual) counter person. Food brought to you when it's ready. Salsa choices are self-serve to accompany food. Menu on the wall has pictures for the range of plate meals, or side order items are in English/Spanish so no worries on language. Most folks were grabbing carry out or a quick meal. No fancy, no frills- We'll be back soon!

I absolutely loved this place! It's more of a hole-in-the-wall, so don't expect anything fancy. You wait in line to order, and then they bring you the food. The service was incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and flavorful. West Coast Mexican cuisine is definitely far superior to what you'll find on the East Coast. I really enjoyed my experience here!

This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best places to dine in the area. Every time I visit, I am exceptionally satisfied. They consistently uphold their high standard of service and deliver top-quality meals. You will always leave this restaurant happy. I highly recommend it!

This charming, authentic taqueria offers fantastic street tacos at four for just $6. I also tried the chicken tamales, but I wasn't as impressed with those. The horchata was delightful and served cold, which was refreshing.

This quaint café is located next to their Meat Market and Store. The place is spotless and the food is exceptional, always served with friendly smiles. It's a very laid-back atmosphere, with pictures of menu items displayed on the walls. You place your order at the counter. They offer a nice variety of sauces, and the aromas wafting from the kitchen are delightful. Prices are very reasonable, and I can't wait to return for more. I recommend passing on the Torta (which contains hot dogs), but the Tacos are fantastic and packed with meat, and the Burritos are great too!
