Sammy's Pizza - Fircrest

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. I waited for 40 minutes just for a medium cheese pizza, and during that time, my party and I were completely ignored. To make matters worse, other customers who arrived 15 minutes after us were served before us. Eventually, I had to go to the counter to check on our order, only to be told that the pizza was just coming out of the oven. After waiting another 10 minutes at the register, we still hadn't received it. When I approached the staff again, she finally brought out a pizza that had been sitting on the warmer for a while, and it was clear she had neglected to serve it to us even though we had been waiting. Overall, the service was terrible, and I won’t be returning.

I usually try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but my experience here was quite disappointing. My wife and I walked in, and there was no one at the counter. After a couple of minutes, we took a seat at the bar. We sat there for ten minutes, and although several employees walked by, none of them ever approached us. We thought perhaps we were supposed to order at the counter we had just left, so we got up and waited there for a few more minutes, again noticed by employees but never acknowledged. Frustrated, we decided to leave. I've heard good things about the pizza, so I might consider placing a to-go order in the future.

The bathroom was relatively clean, and the toilet height was comfortable. My only issue was that the seat didn’t have that little hole in it, but other than that, everything was fine. The water pressure from the faucet was excellent, and overall, the toilet itself was quite comfortable, making for a solid bathroom experience. Rating: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
