Res Cafe - FIORENZUOLA D'ARDA

My niece invited me, in my visit to my own town, to have lunch in a very popular trattoria in the city. I didn't have big expectation: an easy place where a lot of co-workers go to have their food during lunch time. There are three-four choices of pasta and three-four choices of main courses. The place was full when we arrived, but the lady-owner give us a beautiful corner table. Got bread and beverage she took the order and in a reasonable time we got our pasta: chicche with speck and walnuts and spaghetti with bell pepper sauce and prawns. Good texture of the spaghetti and wonderful sauce. A surprise!!!! Second surprise: seppioline with peas: tender calamari just a bit spicy, good balanced and the perfect quantity. Coffee and bargnolino (typical liquor from this area). Reasonable price. Service with smile and empathy. Good food. What more?
