Contribuiți la feedbackThis review will not make the owner of the osteria very happy, but the visit to the restaurant was unfortunately one of the most unpleasant events of our last trip to northern Italy. let me say from the beginning, I don't enjoy writing a negative review, but what happened was just above the line in front apologies for the long story. we are a family of teenage children my wife came over osteria bottega garibaldi online, we all liked the environment and were impressed by the reviews. So we drove over the evening of the juni and sat on the veranda with a decent street view. the waitress was a beautiful young woman with some English skills (no trace of this language in the menu though), so with little help from the online dictionary, we ordered a wetar steak and wein for starters and, as you put in your own flavor there, everything went quite well. until the other courts came in. my wife had a kind of aubergine with garnel and the children who would be hungry as any teenager around pm, had cacio e pepe spaghetti and gnocchi. I ordered the seafood pasta, which arrived with an impressive small crab above and everything looked good. then there was the first bite of pure burning salt. after a big water drop confirmed half more bite that, so I asked all the others the table as their food was. as I mentioned, the children were hungry and did not want to reorder, so they fought to share what they could swallow, my wife fought for one because the melanzane and gave up, and I simply returned my teller untouched. the waitress grew worried, brought back to the menu and tried to help me reorder, but after salty plates I decided to risk nothing else and called after the bill. to my shock was the returned court! simply not right and although it is not a big bath, it is a question of the principle imho. we have dined in most North America and in the eu, and there were some occasions where the dishes had to be returned or exchanged. it is a simple restaurant rule that these are taken from the bill, straight and easy. but not here. we talked to the waitress who said she can't do anything, and the boss is called, and then the whole hell broke off, a big woman in a black jacket that stormed out of the curse and a huge and loud appearance appears in Italian staring. my wife understands the speech a little, I know a few words that waitress tried to help with a limited vocabulary and between the screams and gestures we finally found out that this was actually the cook! according to her, the seafood was fresh and salty, and nothing was to do with it!. we did politely that all the dishes were exceptionally salty, but they went over salt as a personal perception that pecorino is a salt cheese, etc. etc. etc. I once again kindly asked myself not to charge for something that I did not have and with which was not to begin but the cook said she was not the owner, can not make a decision and went on about how to eat. I have mentioned that I might write about this experience online to which the disastrous along the line of yes on, do it, but I will argue, they know nothing' and so on. the poor waitress just stood there, embarrassing and not helping in the situation, and simply nodded when I showed her the Italian translation of the attitude on my phone. at this time we were all fed, paid the bill and went, but if the owner of the restaurant ever reads, please consider this kindly to educate their staff, especially the chief in the service. Very well. fresh fish according to which the menu of the day is processed. dishes of excellent quality. good selection of wines. good choice also rhum and whiskey for those who love the genre. in our case only thing to improve a little time to serve the dishes, but you understand it was a timely problem. We stayed for the first time in this restaurant a Saturday afternoon at lunch. friendly and courteous staff impeccable in welcoming our group of ten adults and children. refined dishes and quality ingredients. a full menu with fish and meat that has satisfied everyone. nice local in the center of flounzuola. suitable price for the offer
