Food is always nice however I did have plastic in my pancakes last time but we come again because other than that the food is always fresh and good tasting, however the service is shocking we wait 20 mins at the table before even getting a menu. It is very hard to get any bodies attention and the staff are all very unhappy. Such a shame as it would make all the difference.

Just been to this restaurant with my wife and two kids aged 11 and 15 and must say we all enjoyed our food and the waitress was very friendly.My wife is vegetarian and had mushroom lasagna kids had pizza and kids menu I had the ribs all fantastic,only one small issue the kids menu came with the starters but next time we will inform them.We will definitely be back as both kid loved it there.

I am going to start by saying that I am gluten free. The staff said this was not a problem, as they had a gluten free menu. I made my choices and so did my partner. The initial problem was a waiter turned up, put a beer on the table without saying anything and I believed it was my drink, as it said Sin on the glass which means without in Spanish. Later on a waiter came across with another beer and told me that it was my partner 's and it contained gluten. Problem number one! The experience did not improve. My partner got his main course and then I had to wait a considerable period of time before I got mine. This is not conducive to a dinner together, as he was near to finishing his and he is not a fast eater. I finally got my burger and fries. The burger was very rare, which was not such a problem for me, but for some customers it would. (I wasn 't asked how I wanted my burger. The fries were not hot, it was obvious that the fries has been cooked first and then stood until the burger was done. I ate only one of the fries; it my horror the fries were not made of potato. They were made from maize flour. I asked the waiter why the fries were not made of potato and he said that was because they were wheat free. I went on to explain what wheat was and it was perfectly ok for wheat free people to eat normal chips! I then went on to the dessert pancakes. I rarely ever leave food, but these were basically inedible. My partner said his food was edible, but it was nothing that would make him want to return. The staff were pleasant, but we won 't be returning.
