We ordered 4 different types of food 2 of them were ok but the rest of them were Stale rotten food. I made complaint immediately but they were showing excuses and also took money for those foods. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Since we started living in Rize, we are surprised every time we eat out. They both bring extremely expensive appetizers and write a fee for it, and the food is generally not good. Seyran is one of those places. We paid 240 lira for bim meatballs, bim buttermilk and anchovy, and it was really bim buttermilk and meatballs. As for the place, (those who stayed in KYK will know: it was like a dormitory cafeteria, the TV was loud, everything was open all the time.
