Contribuiți la feedbackWe were on a road trip and decided to go somewhere local. This place was perfect! The food was fantastic and had good vegetarian options. The seasoning and cheese was on point. This is nothing like any chain restaurant. The atmosphere was good enough to shoot a movie. The TV was playing 'cowboy channel ' in the background which I had no idea existed. The decorations were fantastic and fit the Mexican restaurant in the western United States feel.Vegetarian options: The options were more than simply the meat version without meat. That goes a long way if you ask me.
Eat your veggies!!! My son and I stopped here on a whim because it was local and had vegetarian options. We both got the veggie burrito. The thing is huge. Interestingly enough, in addition to the traditional veggies and rice inside the burrito, there was also mixed veggies like you’d buy in the frozen section of the grocery store. Odd but it totally worked!!! (I’m going to try this at home.)We will definitely stop here again.
I had the quesobirria tacos with rice and beans. The quesobirria were delicious! The stewed meat was just moist enough with cheese and the dipping stew. I also had their Jamaica or Hibiscus drink, which was also good. Overall, my friends and I had a good dining experience here.Food: 4/5
This is a must stop when traveling along I-15. Easy on and off. The beans and rice are insanely good. The beans are the best in the state of Utah. Not sure why more Mexican restaurants don't use the white beans. Ran into a guy that flies down twice a week from SLC just to eat lunch. Yes, it is that good.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a place to take your childrenParking: Ample parking even for travelers with RVs or camping trailersWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible
We’re from SoCal, so we know fantastic Mexican food. You can roll your eyes at our origin, but there isn’t more authentic Mexican food anywhere else in the union. We were looking to just drive through real fast, thinking this was a food trailer of some sort or a gas station restaurant , so we were surprised when it was a sit down. We were just going to order some burritos and go. We totally could have done that, decided against it once we looked over the menu. And just the fact that we were already seated. This detour was well worth it.My husband and I were astounded by the guacamole. We agreed that we wished the chips were just on the side rather than just stuck into the guacamole on top. This was not a problem though because they happily brought more chips out for us. But yes, it was the best guacamole we’ve ever had.I got the flautas and the verde salsa on it was phenomenal. It had a nice salad on top with avocado and tomato with a generous amount of chihuahua cheese ? . I was enamored with the rice and beans. The beans are a lighter color and I cannot point to where in Mexico it’s from, but I’ve had them served to me in Los Angeles too. And they are delicious. My husband got the cheese enchiladas and he liked them. I’m not picking his brain too much over his meal just for this review, but he polished his plate and rightfully wouldn’t shut up about the guacamole. Our toddler got a plain quesadilla and some fries. I stole a few bites of his quesadilla and it was made with white cheese. I think it’s chihuahua cheese? I’ve heard of it and never had it, but it was one of the best quesadillas I’ve tried. The fries were also delicious. They would be amazing made into some carne asada or carnitas fries with that guacamole. My husband pointed out to me that was a menu option and was heart broken that we hadn’t ordered it.Anyway! One hundred percent try this place!
