This excellent little restaurant has been sold lately and is currently undergoing transformation. I'll go for a walk at his opening to tell you more.
With its five star soups and always delicious dishes, this establishment stands out from its competition. a friendly service is at the rendezvous at each visit. There is also a free wifi network and a beverage license. A nice place to discover. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Restaurant with far too expensive prices for very ordinary meals and a very mediocre service. Closed in addition on Monday and Tuesday and meals are cold and pizza also is always filled with flour. I'm never going back to my life.
We have been to L'Arret Gourmand several times now. This restaurant is open from Wednesday through Sunday each week. I go there for the occasional breakfast, while my conjointe and I often go there on Saturdays for a quick lunch, and even the occasional Friday evening for a light meal. The food is, in general, quite good. Their submarine sandwhiches leave you bursting at the seams (if you can eat everything)! They have excellent Chinese style plates such as chicken and rice with egg rolls. The rice is always good, and plentiful. while the egg rolls are much better and tastier than those greasy things you often get at actual Chinese restos. They are really crispy and delicious!Personally, I eat less than I did before, so often, on a Saturday, I will share a French fry with my conjointe while we each have a sandwich (mine usually fried egg and bacon, hers bacon and tomato. Both are excelltent. The bacon is always crisp and very tasty! They have a sign saying that their food is made with love. I'm not sure about that, but I must say that this restaurant has become a favorite for us. We can always find something that will please us. Also, we can take the car or even walk there. Ah yes, they also have a really tangy Asian soup that will make you want more.As someone who constantly regrets the fact that there are so few family-style restaurants in the St- Jérôme area, I find it comforting that I have this little gem just down the street from where we live. We often find our work colleagues there, too. It is too bad that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but I suppose everyone needs some time off in order to keep the "passion" alive in this business. As the summer season is soon to be here, one can also benefit from their covered terrasse in front of the main restaurant. This doubles their capacity. And, oh yes, did I mention that their breakfasts are excellent? Go there and give them a try. I'm certain that you will return again and again!
