You're always made welcome at Tom Courts. The selection available is impressive and staff are helpful, friendly and willing to inform and advise customers on produce on offer. The small café area is a handy meeting point and a place for a short break from shopping on the high street.

We have been using this place and the main shop in Cowdenbeath for years. Great selection of meats, from sausage to steaks. Award winning pies and cakes. Prices are good and reflect the area. Good take out selection. Worth a visit.

I recently visited this butcher for the first time and I will definitely be returning. My partner and I were in Lochgelly for another reason when we spotted the shop and were impressed by the selection of meat on display in the window. It took us some time to decide what to purchase, but the staff were kind and helpful throughout. Despite being quite busy, we found the prices to be very reasonable. We also received a free sausage roll with our purchase, which turned out to be one of the best I've had in a long time. I was surprised to learn that they have a branch in Cowdenbeath, which would be more convenient for me.

I love this butcher shop and wouldn't go anywhere else for my weekly meat. Everything they offer is top quality, from the fresh beef to the cold cuts.

Having lived overseas for some time in a country known for its top-notch sausages, I can say that the sausages here are unmatched. They are the best I have ever tasted, with perfect seasoning and exceptional quality. The steak pies are also top-notch and arguably the best in Scotland. This is an outstanding restaurant that is proudly local!
