Lovely food and very nice staff. Also some options for kids that are not great with Indian food Thanks

The food was good, The delivery was 2hrs 10 mins , I phoned after 1and a half hour and was told the meal was on its way then phoned after 2 hrs they said sorry and that the order was way it arrived 10 mins later I could have almost walked from the restaurant to my house after the first call to delivery needless to saying I'm not happy and won't be calling again. (To continue from my review of several weeks ago the manager has contacted me and apologised for the poor delivery times and we have resolved the complaint as I have said before I have no complaints regarding the quality of the food it has always been very good in my opinion .

Had a delivery today. Was over an hour ,food was stone cold and tasteless. Mixed pakora was only chicken an onion bhaji. No pakora sauce!! Will not be using them again We had a conversation with the Restaurant Manager and came to an amicable solution. He was ever so sorry for the poor food and delivery time , We were assured that it will not happen again and are reviewing there process. We were given a gift voucher to give the Restaurant another chance ,which we will go in for a buffet in the very near future. I hope this experience is a 1 off as we regularly use the Shimla for delivery and buffets. Douglas Trotter

I’ve came here so many times now and I have to say it has been out of this world every time, the staff are efficient and polite, the restaurant is clean and food is amazing

We come here for dinner often, always enjoy the food and service is great. You get what you pay for.
