ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDING ME!!! What the hell is this!!! Count your freaking days pizza hut. This is seriously unacceptable!!! AT THIS POINT SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!! If you don't care about your customer service why are you even working there!!!! WHY WOULD A RESPECTABLE MANAGER LET THEIR EMPOLYEES SEND THIS OUT!

I wish I could give it a zero. I visited Plainfield for spring break this past weekend, and let me tell you, this Pizza Hut is the worst I have ever been to. I placed my order online for carryout. When I arrived, three workers were at the second register having the best conversation of their life and never acknowledged me, but they all laid eyes on me. I stood for a while, and finally walked down to where they were standing. They stopped talking and just stared at me. I asked can someone help me please. Finally, one of the ladies said what company are you with? I stated none, I am here for my carryout order. She then says oh it's the first register. We then walk BACK to the first register. I give her my name and she lays the receipt for me to sign, which I did while she went and got the food. She came back and just laid the food down and proceeds to stare at me. I ask if I could have a bag for my wings and she just continued to stare at me. I said never mind and got it myself. I let her know that this restaurant is the weirdest restaurant I have ever been to. Once back to the hotel, I open my wings, to find out that it's short by 2. I didn't want to drive back to the restaurant and deal with the weirdness, and just decided to let it be, but NEVER AGAIN!!

Called in our order, picked it up and brought it back to our hotel.Walked in to pick it up, place was an absolute disaster. Employee’s walking by me waiting at the counter, employees reeking of smoke and just acting like, and I’m truly sorry, but trash. The men’s bathroom was so disturbing, I actually went and used the women’s. And I use port-a-John’s on our worksites, so it takes a lot for me to be disgusted by a restroom.Got scoffed at when asking for a ranch dipping sauce, that was paid for and on our receipt, but not in our pizza boxes. And then asking for Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and a few plates, it was like I was asking for their social security numbers or something. The trashy lady even said, “We should charge you an extra $100 for all the extras.”The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, still had raw dough. This is not hard science, as you just put it in the oven and let it roll on through. Oven is set up wrong, or dough is being prepped incorrectly. Our brothers own pizza shops at home, so we know. But after driving for 10 hours, and being 9:30 at night, it wasn’t worth what I knew would be an absolute nightmare of an inquiry.Pizza Hut should drop this location immediately.We love Pizza Hut, it’s our favorite big brand chain pizza place. But this was quite possibly the worst pizza, and location, I have ever experienced.
