N'ombra De Vin - FIDENZA

Just up the hill from the Astoria hotel. The place was clean, food was great, and the staff was super nice. They were very helpful in recommending the right dishes for our group. Would definitely go back again. Have a great cocktail list as well with very reasonable prices. Cheers

We found this restaurant on tripadvisor that once more revealed to be a very reliable tool.. With our surprise we had an excellent dinner at this restaurant enjoying fresh, well prepared fish dishes. The staff is very friendly and during summer you can also enjoy a pleasant and relaxing outdoor dinner in Fidenza central square where the restaurant is located. If a suggestion can be made it regards the list of wines to combine with fish dishes that could be further improved. The fish was so good that would deserve a better selection of (white) wines. Verdicchio would be only one suggestion...

Parachuted here by chance seeking simple Sunday night food first day in old Fidenza and it worked. Delicious pasta Amatriciana e pasta tortelli d’erbetta. Appetiser was chicory (ciccoria) sautéed with garlic. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly co-operative staff, on edge of old square, on night of impromptu Marx Bros et al cabaret, before the 13thC town hall, all kinds of town folk cluster.

We went to Fidenza Village for a shopping day and we didn 't know where to eat. Looking at the trip advisor 's reviews and comments we decided to jump into this place. Was really hard to find it, it 's right in the main square and the ensign actually says another name! Place is usually hit by young people for an aperitif but you can find the restaurant inside We were 3 and we had an appetiser, main course and dessert Waiters are young and quite informal with no uniform but it doesn 't really matter, this makes the whole thing more friendly. Appetiser was quite good and tasty and the main course (I had a carbonara was really good, not big portion but big enough to make me decide to stop, until I saw they had tiramisu on the menu! A good restaurant is the one with the good tiramisu! no excuses : Well, tiramisu was really not as I expected. Too much chocolate on top and other stuff I am not going to describe since I would go too deep and technical ... but the main course was too good : Overall a good place to have a nice dinner and try food from Rome! Not outstanding but to try! at the bar we found a lovely lady who interacted with us offering the classic 'ammazza caffè ' : Good place for good people

Really liked the place! Nice dinner, and u can stay till 3-4h in the morning, cause it turns to a club!
