Spent a wonderful evening with family at this quaint eatery in Ficksburg. Their espatada with chimichurri sauce absolutely a must have when there. The meat so tender and well prepared. Do not forget to try their locally made chocolates you will ot be disappointed.

Excellent service..tastefully meals..chocolates from heaven..and a great atmosphere always! Best shows throughout the year with the best of the best bands, and the friendliest staff. Wedding expo's and all functions available for any occasion. Ginbar with exotic gin ..and everything are always done in such great style..always a pleasure to be there. Best handmade soap and gift shop..as well and lots of art and exhibitors with the nicest markets on Saturdays where you can buy from the community who are welcome to bring their own food and also local community are bringing their fresh products like the asparagus lady's are supported by this great shop..best coffees and cakes..and many beautiful quilts and other art to see. Always just a great experience to visit Café Chocolat !
