Ruby Tuesday - Festus

The staff seemed to be under the influence of drugs. I received the incorrect steak dish. The noodles were bland and tasted like they had no sauce. The workers were confused whenever I asked them a question. Improvements are necessary. The salad was decent, so the restaurant gets a star for that. The potato tasted average, which is a positive. The soup was cold, suggesting a need for better chefs.

Update: I just saw your response. While I appreciate the offer of free or discounted food, my time is more valuable. Thank you, but I will not be returning.

Good all over the floor. Salad dressings and foods were mixed together/ cross contaminating. There were 4 of us and each person's food came separate with enough time to finish before the next person's food came. Horrible quality of food and theyeven burnt the taco and tried to hide it with parmesan... Wth. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

I placed an order for pick up and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and waited at the door for a long time before someone noticed me. I informed them I was there for a pick up order and was directed to the bar. At the bar, I saw a bag with food inside and asked the waiter if it was my order. She said no, and that my order would be ready soon. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I asked another waiter about my food, as it had been 50 minutes since I placed my order. She asked for my name and order, then grabbed the original order I had asked about. I was frustrated at this point, as my food was cold. I expressed my frustration and the waiter quickly brought me new fries. I was in a hurry as I was on break from work, so I paid and left. Despite the cold food, the tacodillas were still delicious. However, I don't think I would return to this location due to the inconvenience.

They have a good salad bar (though it used to better), the entrees I've had have been good, and the service is typically good as well. Kids meals are good size portions for moderate eaters and are a good value. The regular adult prices are a bit high, butthey aren't too much higher than similar quality restaurants. We eat here once every few months. The salad bar is the maindraw for us.
