The lady at the window was beyond rude. Every question was no. They did not change the order. We coukd not add to the order.. She never asked what sides juat gave us whatever they wanted. Very blunt customer service was the worst. Food was cold and old.Biscuits hard. No napkins asked about kid meal's juice she stated it was in the box. A lie. Just awful.

This place has got much better, the chicken is really better. The service is getting better and the place was clean. Nevertheless, the cookies are.

They have greatly improved. we are going at least a week. my kiddos or chicken strips.

There is simply no reason to eat here unless you want abuse, bad service and terrible food. The staff was not pathetic. I'm shocked I didn't get sick.

Ol lady at the drive thru window had attitude. Read my order back to me 3 times order was still wrong. One pickle on a chicken asked if I could order more. Was told I couldn’t add anything at drive thru window. My coworker biscuits were uncooked. Chicken was soggy and old. And overall we felt completely unwelcomed and more of a bothersome more than anything. The place wasn’t even busy so it’s not as if they should have been in any urge or rush. 11pm 2/9/24
