Very poor experience very bad service when I visited. ac is not working properly. staff behaviour is not good Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited KFC for a quick lunch and ordered a three-piece chicken meal. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice blend of herbs and spices. The portion size was generous and filling, and the price was reasonable for the quality and quantity. I enjoyed my meal and would recommend KFC to anyone looking for a satisfying and convenient fried chicken experience.

No products are right. Ordered for fried chicken and Pepsi and a zinger meal. The fries was the only good thing that came. After 10 minutes of waiting, we were informed that fried chicken isn 't available, then came a fizz less Pepsi, when asked to change, they brought us another cup of the same Pepsi. When asked again about it, they said that 's how Pepsi is served there. They then said, they will refund the money for it which did not happen either and instead was given a 'eat what we give you, or leave ' attitude. As I valued my dignity a bit more, I left the place. But now I think I should have got my money back, coz only then will the higher authority know that a refund/issue has happened. So congrats to the service manager there for losing a customer who ordered atleast thrice a week from their outlet.

I ordered 12 pc strips. They cooked in old oil and the strips got dark brown colour. Also, zero seasoning at all. Since I ordered take away, I came to know this when I reached. Going to complain to KFC officials. Service: Take out Food: 1
