Placed our order well over 1.5 hours ago was estimated 45minutes wait. I ring the store to be told part of it is ready and its still over 40 minutes away. Lady on the phone asked what i wanted her to do about it wasnt offered anything apart from it should hopefully be delivered in another 45 minutes. Service: 1

Waiting area is very small for over the counter orders. It is more set up for delivery service. Their car park is only suited to very small cars and if there is any large cars parked in the bays forget it. It is a very busy place. The food is 10 out of 10. I could not wish for better. 3 times now this store has gotten our order wrong and been very delayed (up to 45 mins extra) getting it out even though the tracking app says the order is ready. Not good enough!
