Mcdonald's - Fernie

Milkshakes were unavailable, fries weren't the freshest, burgers were solid.

Ordered $40 worth of food, including a cup of water. Paid for it at one window, received the food at the next one. No water. When I asked for it, I was informed I had to pay 30 cents extra for the water. I said that was ridiculous and she slammed the window shut and ignored me. Terrible customer service!

Went yesterday and missed an item so we i had to go back and pick it it up. Went again earlier and paid almost $18 and the burger is dry. The cheese is not properly placed in between the burger and the fries are a little soggy.

Ordered inside in person and had to repeat the order 3 times to get it right. No problem, little loud in there. They were quick to get it ready, double checked and seemed fine. Asked for a couple cups or fry holders so we could divvy up food for the kids on the road. Rep at till gave me a dirty look then put 2 cups on the counter and said it's extra charge. I said that's never been the case and she just shrugged and smiled... we left without the cups and were unpleasantly surprised to find every sandwich we ordered a total mess, buns ripped, sauce all over the outside everything falling out and cold. If we had stayed in to eat I would've demanded a full refund.Go anywhere else. I've never seen another MacDonalds run that terribly.

I asked for spicy habanero. they put the new spicy sauce on it. turns out im allergic to the new sauce. if only they would've given me what I actually ordered. I will never visit this location again because of this. thanks McDonalds.
