Rey's Cuban Cafe - Fern Park

I really loved the Mozzarella Cheese Empanada and the Chicken Empanada; they were quite large as well. The passion fruit smoothie was fantastic, too! The Palomilla Encebollada with congri rice was decent, but you can't go wrong with the fried sweet plantains.

The food was good, including the Flan de Coco, but we ordered some mamey smoothies that didn't taste fresh. I've had their mamey before and I'm confident it wasn't the same this time; it seemed like something was spoiled. However, the rest of the food was fantastic.

The side of Ropa Vieja is incredible! Everything at Reys is full of flavor and truly authentic. The Ham, Chicken, or Cheese Croquettes are perfectly breaded. This is the best Cuban restaurant I've found since leaving Miami!

Order a new item the grilled Salmón a la Plancha and the taste was awesome-again no disappointment whatsoever-and like always my rum flan- I order every week btw 3 to 4 times within one week

Shrimp enchiladas was amazing great taste had it with white rice black beans the other with congri (Cuban rice) great taste the yuca mojo was also great for sure will order this again again (so far this has been my go to Cuban place)
