Rude.. ain’t have Ice, Mac n cheese and food was cold .. the workers are rude and would never come back to this churches ever again.. get it together making yall look bad!!!

Y’all should be ashamed! You should not make your staff to work in a building with no heat. It’s -1 outside without the windchill and 30 degrees inside your building. You have employees taking turns and waiting in their cars where it’s warm until they get a customer. Making people work with no heat in negative temperatures is illegal!!!

Work starts for me at 2pm daily. I arrived at Churches at 115 pm on Thursday. I ordered a number 4 with fries for the side , a sprite , apple pie, and three peppers. While I was waiting to order I noticed multiple inside multiple management and a cook, he had an apron just standing around. Finally it's now 155 pm. I'm late for work now. Im at the window and the young lady says what I ordered and left the window just to come back and say the #5 chicken tender meal I ordered 40 mins ago will take 20 mins because they are frozen. I was forced to get something for lunch. I don't eat chicken with a bone. I paid anyway. I received a two pc dark. I will suggest that this facility be cleaned appropriately, you just taste how old the grease is. So, the food went to the trash. Oh, my apple pie was burnt as well. MS DEE IS THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL DRAW ATTENTION TO THE OWNER. NEXT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE CALLED!!

Theeeeeee worst Churchs Chicken in Saint Louis County bad service bad attitudes of the employees. 6 workers lost not knowing what’s going on with keeping orders going always always no fresh chicken ready. Always have to wait for order extremely long always asked to pull up off the timer. The manager NayShawn has bad customer service to be management! She not willing to make an exceptions for the customer when inconvenient out of this out of that no apologies just all around bad customer service! Be ware visiting this location you will be very disappointed with the service and management! After waiting over 20 minutes for fresh chicken it still was burnt and they ran out of mashed potatoes. When asked to change the sides I had to pay for an upgrade for a premium side without explanation or exception. When I asked the price difference the cashier stated that she don’t make the prices she just work there! Like oh wow! Be ware don’t visit this location I would give a .5 star!
