Pizza Hut - Fergus

I’ll give you guys the five stars. But bring back the hot honey pizza please.

Pizza was good. Happened to be close by on way home. Called ahead. Was answered by a call center rather than location. Most difficult to place pizza order I had ever made. Nearly hung up twice. The shop itself did great. Would order again. It was a good pizza but not an overall 5 star experience.

It was easy to place the order online and the delivery was fast.

I love pizza hut, however I would not recommend this location. We've given them quite a few chances and there's almost always something wrong. We've had food burned, missing toppings, wrong kind of crust, etc multiple times. The staff is friendly but it doesn't seem like there's much concern to get the orders right. We leave tips too so I don't think it's out of spite. Time to order from a different pizza joint, or at least a different location.

Lady at the counter answered my questions quickly. Pizzas were done in the expected time. Everything went according to plan.
