Swiss Chalet - Fergus

The food is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This restaurant is a fantastic dining spot.

I've typically had excellent experiences with curbside pick-up here, but during my last visit, their computer system was down. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my food, and no one came out or seemed to notice I was waiting. I'll consider it just a one-time glitch this time.

I spent $35 on my meal at Swiss Chalet, specifically craving their world-famous fries. When I got home, I discovered they had replaced them with Harvey's fries. I ended up throwing my meal away. Thanks for taking my money!

Placed an order yesterday at noon to pick up an order for 3:35pm went to get it but l still had to wait another 15min restaurant was not busy l asked why it wasn't ready he said he was busy and forgot there were 5 people working 2 on there phones store not busy this is the second time that I placed an order earlier to pick up and l had to wait that time as well l think management should be looking into why order are not ready when placed for a certain time
