Good place. I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The staff was incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, elegant atmosphere, and prime location. I look forward to my next visit! Rooms: 5

Overall was a nice room comfy little area but i wasn't impressed at while my partner and I were getting into a few things a worker had knocked and opened our door at around 3am, Very confusing why any worker would open a customers door unless for an emergency Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 3

Small pub in Surry Hills. Service was so, so, food not bad and the beer was cold ! Service: 3 Location: 4

Had to stay here for work and will never return. “4 star Hotel”. One towel in the room. Bathroom very unclean and drain clogged rendering the bathroom unusable after a short shower. One bedsheet with many black hairs in it. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to use their QR code to purchase drinks to the room to make the stay slightly more bearable. The drinks never arrived and when I asked the bar staff they said “no we don’t serve drinks to the room” and were not helpful at all. Also stinks of cigarette smoke throughout the entire Venue. The plastic wrap over the fire alarms seems to be safe also. Stay away
