New Star Takeaway Eat

I came here on Wednesday night for the first time it reignited my love for pho! My friends I ordered a plate of BBQ chicken rice paper rolls all had beef pho. The rolls were nice, but the star of the show was the pho! The beef was tender not chewy the broth was delicious. I tend to add a decent amount of chilli hoisin which seemed to elevate it to a new level, it was just delicious! Can't wait to go back.

Love this hole in the wall place!! Fast, fresh and friendly, the Thai beef salad is stupidly good (I struggle to order anything else; possibly the best TBS in Sydney? and the rice paper rolls are always perfect. Great pho and noodle soups too. This is definitely one you need to add to your regular list if you're a local.

Tucked away in an arcade in Balmain, New Star has the best Pho in Sydney, delicious soup without MSG, lots of meat and big serving. Casual and friendly service. Highly recommended!

A great place for good value and tasty food. It is not posh it feels like a cafe in a Thai backstreet but has atmosphere, efficient service and a good menu.
