Absolutely appalling customer, service, waited 20 odd minutes for our food, had other people come in and get there order and leave, it wasn 't until we asked where our order was when we got it. I placed an order for a cheese and tomato toast instead the person gave me a ham and cheese burger and this has happened twice with me at the same storeI’m a vegetarian and this is just not acceptable.
