Every time we go to Ed square max Brenner the service is terrible, they ask you to order online when there is absolutely no internet service. Very lazy service, the staff look annoyed and tables are dirty. I will also report my complaint to the head office because it’s my local shop and it’s sad to see a new facility to run such a poor service. Especially tonight I walked in and walked out because the staff were rude!! Food: 1

I express my disappointment with the customer service experience at Max Brenner in Edmondson Parks. Upon ordering a double Tootie Fruity waffle and a vanilla iced latte, I received a single waffle initially. Despite returning it, the correct order was not promptly provided. Furthermore, the latte lacked vanilla syrup, and the eventual waffle was incomplete, missing chocolate sauce, bananas, strawberries, and ice cream. When I brought these issues to the attention of the Max Brenner employee, she incorrectly suggested putting my order in a takeaway bag, even though I intended to dine in. Subsequently, when I requested a refund, the employee's response did not align with addressing the dine-in experience. This entire episode was disappointing, and I expect a higher standard of service.
