Very hospitable and quality experience aiming yo capture an authentic feel. The wait may be slightly long due to a small kitchen but its worth it
Saw this place on facebook promoting an all you can eat with music event for 2 hours on Sunday. We had a great time, ate heaps and bought heavily discounted drinks. We went again last Sunday and the music was flamenco guitar [previous week was an open mike event]. Service is lovely here a real family atmosphere. It cost us $25 each plus drinks at $5 and the food doesn't stop coming and is a nice cross section of Spanish items and must change weekly because last Sunday differed in some dishes from the week before. We have enjoyed this place so much we ordered the paella for last night before we left on Sunday. We were a group of 8 and took up the whole front window and had this huge pan of paella brought to the table. Polished off with a few bottles of Spanish wine and ended with some Spanish Dessert a type of fried bread doused in cinnamon sugar. It brought back memories of our trip to Spain two years ago. Recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something different or who loves Spanish food. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly. Thanks Suzy and Bella for looking after us so well.
Stopped here after listening to music at the Union and the place was full. We sat at the bar waiting for a table to clear and had sangria. The people beside us recommended some dishes so we had Mussels, Fried Calamari, Sauteed Mushrooms on Toast, Garlic Prawns, Eggplant with Honey and Spanish Rice. Chef recommended a SPanish Red to drink with the meal. We could not fault the food or the service. We'll be back.
Walking past SUnday arvo and saw a sign for all you can eat pinchos. Not sure what pinchos is, we asked. They were morsels of food on bread and/or toothpicks. We sat at the bar and just picked for almost 2 hours, downed a complimentary glass of sangira and then bought additional drinks. They were busy but kept the food coming so we didn't felt like they were being stingy. We paid $25 each and it was well worth the money. Typical Spanish looking place small with mediteranean look tiles and Spanish pictures on the walls. Lovely people serving. and nice flamenco music
