Viviano's Festa Italiano - Fenton

Stopped with some work colleagues for a weekday lunch. We had a salad, cold sandwich, and hot sandwich. All enjoyed the meal. Lunch prices are $12-15, not including drinks or dessert. Semi-busy. Service was pretty good, never refilled our drinks included water. They also have a shot selling Italian food products. I would come back.

The toasted ravioli were soaked in butter which we didnt like, sent them back and ordered without butter. The fries were cold and soggy. The chicken parmesan was real good though.

If you want fresh Italian food this is the place. They have have a beautiful dining room, bar and event room. They also serve gluten-free dishes. And you can shop there as well.

Food is very inconsistent. I've gotten the chicken parm 4 separate times and each time it got progressively worse. Sauce tastes different, watered down, chicken breast is half gristle, pasta is cooked to long/not long enough. The salads could use some help, bread company makes a better and more visually appealing salad for a similar price. I was pretty embarrassed when I brought my dad for dinner and his salad looked like something I made at home. Sometimes the bread is stale, it's also disappointing when we're served cold sliced bread instead of the usual specialty breads. People like consistency when it comes to food and Vivanos is lacking that, on their chicken parm at least. It's not bad food but it's not consistent enough to want to come back anymore.
