Starbucks - Fenton

These Starbucks has the sweetest people, I don't have a very good day in work and just tried to stay positive. went to my break and they were so friendly, definitely gave me the push to be optimistic. beyond, I've been here almost every day for a year and I've never given the wrong order. 10/10, they make my day better:D

Okay... you get 4 stars because you're still starbucks I love my Iced Chais. But a line of only 5 cars lasted 20 minutes. Normal for Owen Rd Starbucks. S-L-O-W L-O-N-G lines. I saw a Lady 3 cars in front of drums and driving thru barista. Whatever... the slowest line. I think I understood after my turn... the employees have set themselves up! I had 4 gift cards from the GB Starbucks for their mistakes (so fast, so beautiful! . But one of my cards was empty! Uugghh. I explained that to the Barista she offered to repair it for me. Long story short she couldn't find out that it ended up holding 2 of my gift cards and wouldn't answer them. Instead of simply fastening 1. Wth?! Whatever. She also told me that she didn't mind making the cards because she wasn't in a hurry. Great.

I love everyone here!!! they are the sweetest people and even w/ complicated drinks, they are never crisp or rude in any way. Be sure to tap, times are particularly difficult as essential workers during the Kovid and I am sure that customers are not the friendly ones to them

Great coffee as usual. If you go through the ride, I hope Jacob is your barista. Jacob helped me this morning and really brightened up my day while he helped me use a gift card. Thank you, Jacob.

I go to this Starbucks a few times a week. Friendliness is hit or miss, but hey, we all have bad days. I've only had 2 drinks that were not what I ordered and they always fix it for me.
