Have to come by every summer love the warm cheese curds and the verity of cheese

I remember back in the day in The 1980's and The 1990's, this used to be called Fennimore Cheese before it was bought out by Car Valley Cheese

Great selection of alot of treats. Cheese curds made fresh daily. Selection of summer sausage, beef sticks and clothing items and even candy!

Cheese selection was s.all..nit .y first choice to go to for cheese..there are alot better ones to visit with more variety

I visited the Carr Valley Cheese shop in Fennimore and couldn't have been more pleased. The shop-keepers were very friendly and knew every detail on each of their wide variety of cheeses, including giving us detailed flavor profiles.Based on their descriptions and my previous cheese experiences I selected a variety cheeses that were amazing! Among my favorites are the Sante (sheep milk based) and their 12 year aged cheddar.So many more to try on my next visit!As an added bonus they had local honey that was amazing.
