Contribuiți la feedbackNever receive what I order, drive thru slow and staff rude. It's not acceptable to have to go back for missing items, it ruins the whole point of a drive thru. Totally poor service, staff need training clearly. Avoid it's not worth the dissapointment!
I visited McDs in Wisbech today to treat our son to a milkshake as he 'd had a difficult day. (He 's a SEN child). We decided to grab an early take out dinner whilst we were there. I 've been here (it 's about 30 mins away from us but we travelled especially) and had a wonderful young lady on the drive thru a month or so back provide us with exceptional customer service, but today was a whole different story! Our food was missing part of the order and the chips and burgers were cold so I went into the shop the reason we went through the drive through is because we can 't take our son into the shop in the first place. All I asked for when I returned and spoke to a young lad were the bites that were missing and if we could please have some replacement chips and a burger that was hot. The young lad then came back with the bites that we were missing and handed me back the same lukewarm chips and burger. I asked him again for fresh ones at which point another lad came over and asked if he could help. I said yes please, I 'd like these changed for some fresh ones, I was told they were fresh and I responded, but they 're not hot, to which he said 'OK, I 'll get new ones for you ' All OK here I can work with everything so far UNTIL this voice HOLLERED across the kitchen and then to other staff at the entrance of the shop "Rudeeee, Rudddee ' and VERY sarcastically said 'Make sure you get them from the back love, make sure they 're fresh, we can 't have her having old ones can we ' ruuuude ruddddde ' . . This didn 't sit right with me, I thought to myself for a moment that it was that blatant she can 't have been talking about me but I had to ask her 'Excuse me, are you talking about me and she then said 'Ohhh I was just saying that they had to be fresh for you, you see '!!! That 's confirmed it! She then admitted that she should have gone and quietly asked her staff and not done it in the way she did. BUT SHE WAS THE SHIFT MANAGER!!!! Couldn 't believe it! MCDONALDS WISBECH your shift manager Carlie needs to step down! This is NO WAY to lead a team! DISGUSTING!!!
I have had issues with this McDonald's location in the past and have always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after today's experience, I have decided that I will never order from them again. My order was completely unacceptable as they did not follow my order details, specifically missing the main item: the bun. Additionally, they added extra sauces to my order, which was unnecessary as the item shouldn't have had any sauce to begin with. I am unsure if the staff are doing this on purpose. Due to my dietary restrictions, I could not eat anything in my order except for the coffee. I had to cook my own breakfast instead, which I could have done originally and saved myself money and the hassle the staff at this location have caused.
We arrived and placed our order at 11:53 am, waiting for our meal as we were on our way to a funeral and needed a quick option. However, when our meals finally arrived around 12:14 pm, they were disappointingly cool. The 'Big Mac' seemed more like a cold salad, the coffees were lukewarm at best, and only the fries were served hot. We were on a tight schedule and didn't have time to complain, but the experience was made even more bizarre when a motorcyclist at the next table offered us a free milkshake that he had received by mistake. As we waited, it became apparent that the staff seemed disorganized and focused on serving customers in the drive-thru rather than those dining inside. This lack of attention to detail and ineffective management made for a chaotic experience. In all my years of visiting McDonald's locations worldwide, this was one of the worst experiences I have had. If they have a customer training program, I may consider attending.
I must say this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff were useless got a mouth full from a snotty member of staff when I asked for a pot of sauce. Who then said I have to pay extra for it. I've never had to pay for sauce in a McDonald's before. As I tried to go through the drive through the food was cold had to nearly beg for some napkins and a straw. Overall my experience here was awful.
